The priorities of Health Law research at this chair include Hospital Law, Health Procurement Law, Medical Care Requirement Planning, and Global Health Law. Furthermore, there are links to the research cluster Social Protection in Developing Countries (among others, we have started research projects on health systems in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia as well as procects on the scope of the human right to health).
