Social Protection in the 2030-Agenda

Global social protection has become one of the new Sustainable Development Goals. A short analysis of the significance of the new goal within the 2030-agenda has been published in the Global Governance Spotlight Series of the Development and Peace Foundation (SEF).

In June 2014 the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy (Munich) and the Institute of Development Research and Development Policy (IEE) at the Ruhr University Bochum jointly organized a Workshop on the role of “Social Protection in the Post-2015 Development Agenda”.
